Should you wish to update your consumer records to reflect these status codes, please forward the relevant supporting documents to DHSupdates@ncr.org.za. To effect the update, please refer to the NCR Circular 02 of 2022 for guidance.

Kindly be advised that as of 15 January 2025 all DHS status code request escalations must be sent to Alex Holtzhausen on e-mail address aholtzhausen@ncr.org.za or Qhamani Loni on qloni@ncr.org.za.
You are required to send your escalation to one of the two officials and not to both.
